Smoky Sweet Potato Fries are going to be your hamburger’s new best friend. They’re nice and crispy and tossed in a paprika-garlic seasoning to give it that smoky flavor. Sure to disappear off the table even quicker than regular fries would!
Jump to RecipeThis recipe is not only delicious, but also healthy and really easy too! Since the fries are baked or air-fried, they don’t really need much oil to achieve that ideal combination of crisp & tender. And in terms of easiness, all you need to do is cut, toss with oil & seasonings, bake, shake, and bake. Simple!
You’re probably not going to want to go back to that deep fried restaurant jargon after trying these out.
I was trying to think of a catch-phrase related to fries, and then I started thinking – why are they called fries when they aren’t always fried?! Sweet Potato Bakes? Sweet Potato Air-Fries? Okay nevermind. Guess now we know why they’re called fries. Baked/Air-fried Sweet Potato Fries it is then!
P.S. I’d recommend trying them with some guac instead of ketchup. It will change your life!
