Peanut Butter and Chocolate. Name a better combo, I’ll wait. Here’s some Chocolate Peanut-Butter Protein Fat Bombs that are great for a quick, nutrient-dense, and filling snack.
Jump to RecipeI actually went for this recipe because I was having a hard time filling up my macros for dinner. I’d meet the carb requirements and mostly the protein too, but the fats were always an issue.
Most fat-only ingredients are oils and butter, but they just make the dish as a whole so greasy. So I even though I can afford to, I don’t like to add too much of those when I’m cooking.
These fat bombs were just ideal for what I was looking for. High in fat and protein, and barely any carbs. They helped me stick to my low-carb dinner lifestyle, but they’re also perfect for anyone on Keto!
I ended up having them at snack-time too and couldn’t stop at one so that turned out to be more of a meal for me.

This is absolutely amazing! I used 1 cup of creamy pb and 1/2 cup of some mixed nut butter my family refuses to eat. It was heaven! I’m so glad I found this recipe. And my family has no idea I used the mixed pb. Lol. Definitely try this out!
Sneaking in the foods is definitely a neat trick! I tend to do that with some of the not-so-great products I own too.
So great that the entire family loved it!
