Fancy something fancy for dinner tonight? This Herb-Mustard Glazed Salmon checks all the boxes! A crispy crust on a moist fillet infused with all those herby flavors. Dining in style clearly does not have to be hard!
Jump to RecipeThis was my first time cooking salmon. And probably the second or third time having it to be honest.
It’s not like I don’t like/eat sea food. Quite the opposite to be honest. I grew up in Goa, a small state in India that’s on the coast and is KNOWN for its sea food. I’ve definitely had some of the best fish in my life all those years there. It’s probably what I miss the most about home tbh.
But the thing is, salmon isn’t a thing there. So I only really came across it here in the US – and that too after I moved to the San Francisco bay area after graduation. Lived the typical college-studen-low-budget-life before that.
Thankfully this recipe was super easy and needed like 5 minutes of actual work. A great “Intro to cooking Salmon” recipe!
