An easy homemade Jalapeño Chicken Ranch Pizza for a night in with some cheesy heat! Its made with Ranch as a base sauce and topped with fresh red onions and jalapeño peppers, a ton of chicken, and 2 kinds of cheese! So all-in all, this pie packs a creamy, hot, protein-packed and cheesy punch all at once!
Jump to RecipeSo much good stuff made even better atop a Zucchini Keto Crust from KBosh, Now this pizza has my name all over – and under – it!
If you’ve looked at a bunch – or even a handful – of my savory recipes, you probably noticed how they’re really loaded with veggies of some sort or the other.
I feel terrible about not eating vegetables in a meal and just consider it to be “unhealthy” otherwise. I’m definitely not about that.
So even when I make pizzas, I load them with some or the other vegetables on top, and end up with a pie that would pass of as a version of a veggie supreme.
Unfortunately not everyone is up for those kinds of delicacies, and for the longest time I couldn’t get myself to bake something for those super-carnivores.
But no more!
I used a crust that’s made out of vegetables.
The crust? KBosh’s killer Zucchini Keto Crust. Yes, its made with zucchini. Veggie intake, check!
So with the veggies coming in underneath, I could finally, and guilt-less-ly, make a pizza with none on the top!
Went all out with one of my favorite combinations: Chicken and Ranch with a ton of cheese. And to give it a kick, Jalapeños.
This makes the for a slightly spicy chicken pizza I would say. It isn’t too hot though, because the cheese balances it out.
To keep this a little healthy, I used Primal Kitchen’s Ranch. Its made with avocado oil and has a unique flavor of its own that I can’t really pin point.
Yes, healthy and pizza is possible.
And what else is possible? Low carb/Keto and Gluten-free!
That’s only because of the crust though; This one’s got no flour in it. You could use a normal one if you’d like though.
Anyway, with a homemade pizza like this, I don’t think I’ll be going out any more.

Pizza is always a hit with the kids, and they have fun making it too! It also helps when the end result is delicious, which this recipe definitely is! After making this, we instantly bought new pizza baking trays (as our old was was a little long in the tooth), and I sense that this will become a regular fixture in our dinner planning. Definitely give this one a try!
That’s so great to hear. Looks like I need to get some more Pizza recipes out so you can get the most out of those new trays!
