The thing is, I really didn’t like noodles the few times I had them when I was young, so I never had them after. And then I just associated pasta with noodles, and didn’t bother trying out this wonder either.
After seeing so many mouth-watering ways to cook it, I took the plunge and bought a box.
I started off with this super easy recipe, and the risk totally paid off. This dish was actually quite good. The slight saltiness of the tuna went well the plain-tasting pasta and seasoning.
No sauce needed for this simple and simply delicious tuna pasta with spinach. Keeps it dairy-free too!
Why spinach? Vegetables and nutrition in a pasta recipe.
P.S. Serves as a good post-workout meal too because this its sauceless, fat free and high in protein and good carbs.
Make sure you use a good Tuna here though. I’d recommend Safe Catch Elite Pure Wild Tuna; Its got barely any mercury (that’s a thing).
