Jump to RecipeWhy did I decide to make this? Because I opened a can of salmon yesterday, had half of it plain with some cauliflower rice, and it just sucked! I hate wasting food, so after getting some avocados this morning I looked up what I could do with canned salmon and avo, and these cute little boats were the prettiest option.
Okay so I just found out, Avocado is a berry! What even right?! I would definitely not have thought of that. I Googled “avocado” in the hopes of finding some good descriptive word for the “fruit”, and the little Wikipedia snippet said it’s a berry. Lesson for the day is done! Let’s get back to the recipe now.
The creamy, slightly tangy, maybe spicy salmon salad stuffing really complements the subtle taste of the avocado. Go try it out if you don’t believe me!
