Round up pizza night – or any night – with this Triple Chocolate Walnut Dessert Pizza. A soft crust topped with a smooth and decadent chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, chocolate chunks and chopped walnuts. This intensely rich and chocolatey pizza is a chocolate (and keto) lover’s dream come true!
Jump to RecipeI didn’t plan on making this recipe this weekend. It was on the list for sometime later, but I felt bad for not having posted anything with KBosh’s crusts for a while. This is because they actually sent me crusts after I requested to try them out, even though I didn’t meet their follower-base requirements. And they only did this because they liked my photography.
So I decided to fulfill my blogger duties and give in to my cravings at the same time. So glad I did!
Chocolate Pizza?!
Yes, that’s right. Its a pizza whose toppings are: chocolate!
My heart – and soul – live for chocolate. I’ve probably mentioned it before, but I actually prefer the slightly darker chocolate. Not too dark, but more of a milk dark – if that’s even a thing.
And this pizza was just that!
The toppings:
- A chocolate sauce made with cocoa powder, coconut milk and stevia sweetener.
- Chopped dark chocolate from Lily’s
- Dark chocolate chips again from Lily’s
All in all a sugarfree chocolate dessert!
The crust:
But because 3 x chocolate wasn’t enough for ya girl, I used a chocolate crust too!
It was a Chocolate Zucchini Keto Crust from KBosh, so for me this was actually a Quadruple Chocolate.
Since its made from zucchini, this pizza is keto, low carb and gluten free! And its healthy too!
You can use a different crust or pizza dough, but it won’t remain flourless.
The process:
This dessert pizza or chocolate dessert pizza is super easy to make.
Step 1: Bake crust for 10 minutes
Step 1.5: Stir sauce while crust bakes
Step 2: Spread sauce on base
Step 3: Add toppings
Step 4: Bake 1 minute
12 minutes for pure decadence? I’ll take 2!
I really cannot get over how indulgent this pizza was. If you like rich and strong chocolate, and a lot of it, this pizza is for you. And me.
Not sure I could share though – I did eat this entire thing at once – so you’re going to need one of your own.
