A truly easy and healthy Protein Cheesecake Dip with Greek Yogurt and protein powder, but no powdered sugar! 3 ingredient cheesecake dip is like a deconstructed cheesecake and a perfect protein powder fruit dip for dessert.
Jump to RecipeThis healthy cheesecake dip recipe just came out of the desire to use up that a tiny bit of fat free cream cheese I had left from all the carrot cake recipes I had been trying.
I even tried to look up what a good protein cream cheese dessert would be just so it could fit with my content, and everything needed a lot of ingredients. More like a lot of cream cheese.
This was literally the easiest thing I could think of; Used up the ingredients and also played around with different foods to dip into a sweet and creamy but sugar free dippable cheesecake!
Ingredients for Healthy Protein Cheesecake Dip
This cheesecake protein powder dip really is a simple dessert that needs only 3 ingredients!
Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
To keep the calories and fat low and make this a fat free cream cheese dip, I used the reduced cream cheese.
This is also known as Neufchâtel, and you can find it right by the regular cream cheese.
Vanilla Protein Powder
This basically replaces the powdered/confectioners sugar in your typical cream cheese dip recipe; As such, this cheesecake vanilla protein powder dip has no powdered sugar.
I recommend ProteinWorld Vanilla for this recipe to keep it sugar free; Use the code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount.
Another option would be Quest.
Non-fat Greek Yogurt!
With the fat free version, you have an even more high protein and healthy Greek Yogurt cheesecake dip recipe.

For a Vegan deconstructed cheesecake dip, use a dairy free cream cheese alternative and yogurt.
Make sure you use a plant based protein powder and dairy free chocolate chips. ProteinWorld has a Vegan protein blend as well (HAYLSKITCHEN for the discount here too).

Will this come out if I don’t use protein powder?
You can use powdered sugar or monkfruit to make it sugarfree. I would suggest 3-4 tbsp.
