- Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- Vanilla Protein Powder; This is the source of sweetness, and adds the rich vanilla flavor. No added sugar in this recipe.
I used HTLT Supps Vanilla here since it’s whey-caesin and blends well with the yogurt. - Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix: I used this sugar free and fat free one from Jello
- A bit of Unsweetened Almond Milk

Here’s some pointers for this high protein pudding recipe with jello pudding mix.
- Use cold milk and yogurt;
- Use whey-caesin Vanilla protein powder so it blends well and smooth with the yogurt mix.
- Add all milk at once so you don’t over-mix and get a gummy texture.
- Use a whisk so you get a smooth pudding.
- Whisk pudding until smooth, don’t over-mix; Stop when you get rid of lumps, over-mixing will give a gummy pudding.
- Use ripe, not overripe bananas; They shouldn’t have brown spots on them.
- Taste and see if you need some extra sweetener. I’d recommend using stevia powder to maintain the consistency and have a healthy pudding.
