You all probably know how particular I am when it comes to chocolate flavor and richness, and these brownies hit the nail on the head! Rich and loaded with chocolate chips too!

To make these easy protein brownies with brownie mix, you only need 4 ingredients, since the mix is a just-add-water one.
- Protein Brownie Mix! I used Naked Nutrition new Protein Brownie Mix
- Water
The Chocolate Protein Frosting
- Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- Chocolate Protein Powder – I used whey-casein from Quest.
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

This protein box brownie recipe really is as simple as it gets. Combine the brownie mix and water in a bowl, and then bake! Don’t forget the frosting though!
- Mix boxed protein brownie mix and water in a bowl
- Trasfer to parchment-lined baking pan, bake 25 min at 350.
- Let brownie cool!
- Mix yogurt, protein powder and cocoa powder in a bowl.
(Add a splash of milk if too dry, coconut flour if too wet)
- Spread frosting on brownie, slice and ejoy!

This chocolate protein brownie recipe are really simple to make, but here’s some pointers to get it perfect!
- Don’t over-mix the batter or you’ll end up with a bad texture in the brownie.

Ingredients
- 256 g Naked Nutrition Protein Brownie Mix
- ¼ cup Water, 60ml
Frosting:
- ¾ cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 168g
- ½ cup Chocolate Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 45g
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 5g
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8” baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix and water.
- Gently fold to combine. Do not over-mix, the batter will be runny.
Frosting:
- Let brownie cool completely.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, protein powder and cocoa powder.Spread over brownie.
