This Cashew Butter Protein Fudge is made with a flavored cashew butter, cashew butter powder and a few more clean and simple ingredients for a healthy recipe.
- Vanilla Protein Powder – for high protein fudge recipe.I used Quest Nutrition whey-casein vanilla milkshake flavor here.
- Blondie flavor Cashew Butter! I used American Dream Nut Butter Cosmic Blondie flavor Cashew Butter (use code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount); It’s lower fat and higher protein than other nut butters.
ADNB also has a lot of other cashew butter flavors that would go perfect here. - Cashew Butter Powder – It’s powdered cashew butter from PB2; You can also use peanut butter powder instead like this one.
- Oat Flour
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Candy Coated Chocolate Chips – I used these ones from Amazon.

This recipe cashew butter fudge really is super easy – just mix the ingredients in the bowl and set the fudge. Here’s what it takes:
- Combine the cashew butter, cashew butter powder, protein powder and flour.
Make sure you use room temperature runny cashew butter since a hard one out of the fridge won’t combine well.
- Add milk – a little at a time to make fudge consistency.
- Transfer to cashew butter protein fudge to parchment-lined pan, and press down.
- Freeze 10-15 mins.
- Sprinkle with candy coated chocolate chips and press down.
Cut into 9 pieces.
How to store Protein Cashew Fudge
This protein cashew fudge recipe needs to be stored in an airtight container; Keep in fridge up to 7 days or freeze upto 2-3 months in a zipper bag with pieces of parchment paper in between and keep in the freezer for 2-3 months.

Cashew Butter Protein Fudge – Just So Good
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Blondie flavor Cashew Butter, 84g, Recommendation below
- ¼ cup Cashew Butter Powder, 16g, or PB Powder
- ½ scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 15g
- 1 Tbsp Oat Flour, 6g
- 1½ Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 22ml
- ½ Tbsp Candy Coated Chocolate Chips, 6g
Instructions
- Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper (leave an overhang to lift out later).
- In a bowl, combine cashew butter powder, protein powder, flour and cashew butter.Mix.
- Add almond milk (little at a time) and mix well to form fudge texture.
- Transfer mixture into prepared loaf pan, press down and use back of spoon to smoothen.
- Add candy coated chips and press down.Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
- Slice into 9 pieces.
