Delicious!! Great high protein snack/dessert. I’ve even made with flavored collagen.
Omigosh girl I love that idea of using flavored collagen! Something I need to try!
Delicious! I ended up tripling the recipe so I could use a whole packet of my protein powder and it worked great. Also got lazy and added some jam on top instead of making the compote.
Note- definitely let it sit in the fridge for longer. I was so eager that I tried it after only an hour and it was so-so. Just had a 2nd jar that was in the fridge for a day and it tasted much more like cheesecake! Super impressed and will definitely be making more
Oh my goodness! Absolutely love that you tripled it back there! I end up making a single serve and then wanting more, haha.
Always keeping in the fridge for long though!
So glad you loved it so much!
I love your confidence in this recipe to have tripled it on the first go!
And yes, definitely recommend letting the cheesecake jar sit for a bit before going in.
