What you need for Healthy Biscoff Protein Fudge
This 3 ingredient protein Biscoff fudge is actually made with just the 3 items – a healthy Cookie Butter (or Lotus Biscoff spread), protein powder and coconut flour and no white chocolate!

Vegan Cookie Butter Fudge!
This is a Biscoff fudge recipe without white chocolate, and can easily turned into a Vegan protein fudge by using a compliant protein powder. ProteinWorld has a Vegan protein blend as well.

How do you make Cookie Butter Fudge with Protein Powder?
With this easy list of ingredients, making homemade cookie butter protein fudge really couldn’t get easier; Just mix and set!
Combine the Biscoff or Cookie Butter, coconut flour and vanilla protein powder in a bowl.
Transfer it into a parchment lined loaf pan – I use an 8 x 4” – and spread and smoothen the top with the back of a spoon.
Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to freeze.
Cut into about 16 pieces.
How to store High Protein Biscoff or Speculoos Fudge
Since this Protein Biscoff fudge is made without chocolate, it will get soft at room temperature and needs to be store in the fridge or freezer.
Store 3 ingredient Lotus Biscoff fudge in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
To freeze protein Speculoos fudge recipe, place sliced fudge bars in a zipper bag with pieces of parchment paper in between and keep in the freezer for 2-3 months. You can also use a freezer safe airtight container here.
Be sure to let the frozen cookie butter fudge soften for a few hours in the fridge or at room temperature so it’s not too hard to bite into.
Tips for the perfect Biscoff Fudge without Chocolate
- Make sure you use room temperature runny cookie butter since a hard one out of the fridge won’t combine well.
- Let the fudge harden before slicing since it will be fairly difficult to do this at room temperature.

Actually Healthy Biscoff Protein Fudge (Sugar Free)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cookie Butter, 224g, recommendation below
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, 30g, ⅓ cup
- ½ cup Coconut Flour, 56g
Instructions
- Line a 8×4” loaf pan with parchment paper (leave an overhang to lift out later).
- In a medium bowl, combine the cookie butter, protein powder and coconut flour and mix until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into prepared loaf pan, press down and use back of spoon to smoothen.
- Place pan in freezer for about 10 minutes to slightly harden.
- Slice into 16 pieces.
