Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 80g
- ⅔ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 60g
- ⅓ cup Unflavored Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 30g
- 2½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Almond Milk, 240ml
- 1 Egg
- ⅔ cup Blueberries, 100g
- 4 slices Bacon
Instructions
- Cook bacon and let cool.Chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl combine flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and baking powder.
- Add egg and milk and whisk to form thick batter; Small clumps of flour are okay.
- Add in the blueberries and bacon and fold.
Make Pancakes:
- Heat a nonstick griddle or pan on medium-low (lightly grease with oil spray) and scoop out about ⅓ cup batter on it.
