- Chocolate Protein Powder; I used Plant-based protein powder from KOS here;

- Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix: Simply Delish for a Vegan and sugar free recipe, or Jello.
- A bit of Unsweetened Almond Milk
The Caramel Protein Pudding
- Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- Peanut Butter or Caramel or Vanilla flavored Protein Powder – I used the Truvani Peanut Butter Protein Powder here.
Another good option is KOS or Quest Nutrition Vanilla. - Peanut Butter Powder, also known as Powdered Peanut Butter. Like this one from PbFit.
- Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix: I used this sugar free and fat free one from Simply Delish. If you can’t find it, Jello is a great option too.
- Caramel flavor Stevia Drops like this one from Sweetleaf Stevia.
- Unsweetened Almond Milk

- Reduced Fat Cool Whip
- Chocolate Caramel like the one from Skinnydipped.
- Caramel Sauce or Peanut Butter

- Prepare the Base Layer:
- Use a sharp knife to cut the rice cakes into pieces as needed to cover the base of the dish.
- Cover the base of a glass dish or 8×8” baking pan with rice cakes.
- Create Chocolate Layer:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate instant pudding mix and milk until well combined.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the rice cakes layer.
Be careful when spreading since the rice cakes will move around.
- Create the Caramel Layer:
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter or caramel or vanilla protein powder, peanut butter powder, vanilla instant pudding mix, caramel stevia and milk until well combined.

- 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, 225g
- ⅓ cup Plant-Based Vanilla/Peanut Butter/Caramel Protein Powder, 30g
