So good! And easy! I did add a bit of avocado oil to the batter because my first one stuck horribly to my non stick pan. It helped a ton.
Oh no! Yes having a nonstick pan really does help here. So happy it turned out well in the end 🙂
I’m giving a 2 star because this is day 2 of making these crepes, and they fall apart like none other. I’ve done everything with 4 batters. It’s a 5 star flavor but only because probably the protein powder I’m using.
Hi Ethan!
I’m so sorry the crepes didn’t work out the same for you.
Did you use whey-casein protein powder or Whey?
I used whey-casein and I know that it absorbs more moisture than whey. If you used whey, you probably would need less milk so the batter is thick.
Let me know!
I think you can eat all three crepes as 1 serving . Wish she would have replied to you.:)
Thanks for answering for me Lisa 🙂 I’m a bit backlogged on the comments here.
And yes, all 3 at once was what I did. Haha
Hi,
Question, so the serving says 3 “6 inch” crepes. Does that mean this makes 3 servings (i.e, 18 crepes?) or does it mean it is 1 serving which is 3 “6 inch” crepes?
Hi Tiffany, Sorry for taking a while to get back. The 1 serving is 3 “6 inch” crepes (i.e., the recipe makes 3 “6 inch” crepes) and you can have them all at once 🙂
Chocolate for breakfast?! Sign me up!!
Can never say no to chocolate first thing in the morning. Can’t wait for you to give them a try!
Okay so this is probably the fastest I’ve tried one of your recipes and I am so glad I didn’t wait. Definitely making these again for post breakfast dessert. I’m thinking of combining the protein frosting of yours next time! I’ll let you know how that goes!!!
This really made me smile 🙂 These crepes do make a great dessert too. The protein frosting on top sounds amazing, I really would love to know how that ends up tasting.
