This healthy chocolate strawberry cheesecake protein cookie recipe has just a few simple ingredients, and is eggless, has no butter or oil and no sugar either. Really a healthy crumbl copycat recipe!
- Oat Flour – You can make your own by blending rolled oats in a high speed blender
- Chocolate Protein Powder for high protein cookie that’s also sugar free.
I used a whey-caesin blend form Quest. - Black Cocoa
- Peanut Butter Powder, also known as Powdered Peanut Butter. I recommend Lakanto for a sugar free version (the code HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount). Or you could use the one from PbFit too.
- Non-fat Greek Yogurt contributes to the oil-free part of these chocolate strawberry protein cookies since it adds the moisture, and also extra protein
- Almond Milk

- 2 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder, Whey-Caesin, 11g
- 1 Tbsp Unflavored Protein Powder, Whey-Caesin, 6g
- 1 Tbsp Black Cocoa, 5-6g
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder, 6g
- 1 tsp Zero Calorie 1:1 Sugar Replacement, 4g
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 45ml
- 2 Tbsp Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 28g
- ½ Tbsp Chocolate Chips, Sugar free recommended, 7g
Strawberry Cheesecake Topping:
- 1 Tbsp Mashed Strawberry, 14g
- 1 Tbsp Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 14g
- 1 tsp Softened Cream Cheese, Reduced Fat recommended, 5g
- 2 tsp Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Caesin, 4g
- 1 tsp Coconut Flour, 2g
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine oat flour, protein powder, black cocoa, peanut butter powder, sweetener and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add milk and Greek yogurt and mix to form batter.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix.
- Transfer cookie mixture onto baking sheet, spread with spoon and shape – should be about 5” wide.
- Bake about 12-13 minutes – top should be cooked and dry to touch.Let cool.
Strawberry Cheesecake Topping:
- Combine mashed strawberries, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, vanilla protein powder and coconut flour in a bowl.
- Spread over cooled cookie and enjoy!
