Tips for Chocolate Starwberry Protein Dessert:
This Chocolate Strawberry protein dessert really is an easy Valentine’s recipe, but make sure you do all of this stuff to get is perfect.
- Grease the skillet! You want the lava cake to come off easily.
- Don’t over-mix the batter!
Make sure you gently fold the dry mix into the wet to combine them.
If you over-mix it, the protein powder will make your chocolate strawberry skillet tough, dense and gummy.
- Taste the batter and see if you need some extra sweetener. I’d recommend using stevia powder to maintain the consistency of the batter.
- Don’t overcook. The top will should be soft slightly jiggly in the center and cooked all around.
It will continue to cook when out.
- Wait for the skillet to cool a bit.

I know it’s meant to be shared but… It’s so good that I ended up eating the whole thing! It pairs so well with the strawberries 💖💖
Oh no judgement on that! I would have totally finished it myself too 😉 Like a chocolate covered strawbbb
SOOO yummy!! I knew it was gonna be a staple when I tried the batter. It tasted like a brownie and paired perfectly with strawberries. Also, the texture once it cooked was perfect. I’ve made a lot of protein skillets and they’ve always ended up drying out, but not this one. It was almost like a lava cake and was moist, which is a must for me. 10/10 recommend!
So happy you liked them! Would love to see what you try next 🙂
