Options for this Espresso Protein Pudding
Its easy to make this espresso pudding to your own liking by switching out some of the ingredients based on what you have on hand.
- For an extra decadent treat, top your pudding with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of sugar-free chocolate chips.
- If you don’t have instant coffee, you can use brewed coffee instead. Just be sure to use strong coffee so that the coffee flavor comes through in the pudding.
- You can also experiment with different flavors of protein shake. Chocolate, peanut butter, and caramel would all be delicious in this recipe.
- The same for the instant pudding mix; Use a chocolate or white chocolate instant pudding if you dont have sugar free vanilla pudding mix.
- Regular pudding mix instead of sugar free works just as well!
