Ingredients for Half Baked Protein Oreo Fudge Brownie
This single serve protein Oreo fudge brownie is made with a few simple and healthy ingredients, and has no butter or oil and no sugar either!
- Chocolate Protein Powder for high protein brownie that’s also sugar free.

A third alternative would be Quest, but you might need more milk here since its a whey-caesin blend. - Black Cocoa
- Coconut Flour
- Egg Whites for extra protein
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- A bit of Vanilla Extract
- Baking Powder

Tips to make Protein Cookies and Cream Fudge Brownie
This cookies and cream protein fudge brownie really is an easy one, but make sure you do all of this stuff to get is perfect.
- Grease the ramekin! You want the brownie to come off easily.
Use an oven-safe mug if you need.
- Don’t over-mix the batter!
Make sure you gently fold the dry mix into the wet to combine them.
If you over-mix it, protein powder will make your protein brownie tough, dense and gummy.
- Taste the batter and see if you need some extra sweetener. I’d recommend using stevia powder to maintain the consistency of the batter.
- Use softened cream cheese for the cookies and cream brownie center so it mixes well with the yogurt.
- Don’t overbake the Oreo protein brownie. The top will should be just cooked. It might look soft, but will harden when it cools a bit.
It will continue to cook when out, and you want the proper Oreo fudge brownie center.

Half Baked Oreo Protein Fudge Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder, 30g, ⅓ cup
- 2 Tbsp Black Cocoa Powder, 10g
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour, 7g
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 60ml
- 1 Liquid Egg White, 33g, 2 Tbsp
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
Filling:
- 1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt, 14g
- 2 tsp Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, Softened, 11g
- 1½ tsp Vanilla Protein Powder, about 3g
- 1 tsp Almond Milk, 5ml
Optional:
- Stevia Powder/ Zero Calorie 1:1 Monkfruit Sugar Replacement (to taste)
- Chopped Oreo Cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin.
- In a bowl, whisk chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder.
- Add almond milk, egg white and vanilla, and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth.Taste batter and add sweetener if needed.
- In another bowl stir together softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder and milk.
- Pour half batter into ramekin, then cream cheese filling and remaining batter.Top with chopped Oreos if needed.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes. Top should be mostly set, but still slightly wobbly. It will harden when cool.
- Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

I just made this and I’m speechless! New favorite! I used beef isolate for the brownie so I needed less almond milk (1 tbsp) but the texture of the brownie was perfection! And the cream part. Oh. My. Lord. I got photo to share in Instagram too!
