The Oreo Chocolate Base
- Chocolate Protein Powder for healthy Oreo base that’s also sugar free
I used Whey-Casein Chocolate Donut protein powder from HTLT Supps. Quest works great too. - Black Cocoa Powder
- Oat Flour
- Coconut Flour
- Unsweetened Applesauce
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
For the Protein Cream Cheese Layer
This recipe makes a sugar free and low fat cream cheese layer.
- Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- Vanilla Protein Powder; This is the source of sweetness in the protein cream for this layered dessert. No added sugar in this recipe. HTLT Supps or Quest again here.
- A bit of Unsweetened Almond Milk
The Chocolate Protein Pudding
- Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- Chocolate Protein Powder HTLT Supps again here
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix: I used this sugar free and fat free one from Jello
The Topping:
- Sugar free Cool Whip

- Add milk only a little at a time or the mixture will be too runny.

Healthy Chocolate Lasagna – High Protein, Sugar Free
Ingredients
Oreo Base:
- ⅔ cup Chocolate Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 60g
- 3 Tbsp Black Cocoa Powder, 15g
- ½ cup Oat Flour, 45g
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Flour, 28g
- 6 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 90ml
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce, 45g
Cream Cheese Layer:
- 6 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, 168g
- ¾ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, 168g
- ⅓ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 30g
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 80ml
Chocolate Pudding:
- 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, 225g
- ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 120ml
- ½ cup Chocolate Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 45g
- 4 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa, 20g
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix, 15g, Sugar free
Topping:
- 4 oz Sugar free Cool Whip, 1½ cup, 112g, Thawed
- Optional crushed Chocolate Grahams or Cereal
Instructions
- Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, black cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.
- Add applesauce and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.
- Transfer to prepared pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.
Cream Cheese Layer:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric hand mixer or paddle attachment of stand mixer until smooth; About 1 minutes.
- Add Greek yogurt and milk and beat again until combined.
- Beat in vanilla protein powder, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Spread over base.
Chocolate Pudding:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla instant pudding, and milk until smooth.
- Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
Topping:
- Spread cool whip on top of pudding and top with crushed chocolate grahams or cereal.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge.
- Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.

If you love desserts but can’t handle too much sweetness, this is literally the perfect recipe to make!! I ate this as breakfast every single day until it was gone, it was amazing! if I were to make it again, I would add more monk fruit/granulated sweetener and use less liquid ingredients because lasagna was more of an entirely whippy/cream consistency so I could not cut it up- but I also used it as filling in some protein crepes- AMAZING😍

The sweetness and consistency might change depending on the protein powder used. I used Whey-Casein which is very absorbent and soaks up a lot of the liquid and is pretty sweet as well. Feel free to use extra sweetener and less milk next time!
