Tips to make Mini Chocolate Protein Pie with Pudding Mix
Here’s some pointers to make the perfect mini chocolate protein pie recipe with protein powder and pudding mix.
- Use whey-casein protein powder since it works well with the ratio of ingredients here.
If you use a whey protein powder, you might want to reduce the amount of milk to make it less.
- Sieve Cocoa Powder so it mixes well in the pudding and you don’t have clumps of raw cocoa in the mix.
- Add milk a little at a time so the mix doesn’t get too runny.
- Taste mix for sweetness; Add stevia if needed.
To Store Mini Chocolate Protein Pudding Pie
