Tips for perfect No Bake Protein Power Brownies
- Use whey protein powder as specified. It works well with the ratio of ingredients here.
Whey-casein absorbs more liquid, and whey absorbs less, so you need to adjust the liquid accordingly.
- Add milk only a little at a time or the mixture will be too runny.
- Mix the dry ingredients well before adding in the wet so you have a smooth mix.
- Don’t add too much yogurt in the topping; It will comt together; Just continue to mix.
To store No Bake Oat Brownies
To store these no bake oat brownies, place in the fridge for 3-4 days.
To freeze, place no-bake protein brownies in airtight sealed container, or individually wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in zipper bag; They should keep for 2 or 3 months. Be sure to let them thaw on the counter before eating!

Hi Joe.
Yes, that’s right; There is a fair amount of protein powder and cocoa powder in there, but these brownies certainly aren’t inedible. You do get 16 pcs out of this, so that 2 cups is split quite well. Definitely less protein powder than the typical protein shake.
Hope you give this a try.
I love these. They are definitely a dark horse. They are richly indulgent, and no artificial flavors saunter in at the end of the bite. There’s chocolate in multiplicities, and it really feels naughty. This fueled an awesome leg day, and they went straight to my shoulders and my quads. Highly recommend. Very redolent of a truffle
Dark Horse is probably the best description for these no bake protein brownies. The rich and authentic flavor is what I was going for. So happy you enjoyed!
