The Oreo Base
- Oreo Cookies
- Oat Flour
- Oreo Birthday Almond Butter – I used American Dream Nut Butter Cookie Batter Almond Butter (use code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount); It’s lower fat and higher protein than other nut butters.

- Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- Vanilla Protein Powder; This is the replacement for sugar; I used Quest Nutrition Vanilla here.
- Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix: I used this sugar free and fat free one from Simply Delish. If you can’t find it, Jello is a great option too.
- A bit of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Rainbow Sprinkles

- 3 Tbsp Oat Flour, 22g
- 1 Tbsp Oreo Birthday Almond Butter, 16g, recommended below
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Sugar-free recommended below
Birthday Cake Pudding:
- 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, 225g
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 45g
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 80ml
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix, 15g, Sugar-free
- 2 Tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles, 24g
Oreo Birthday Cake Pudding:
- 2 cups Non-fat Greek Yogurt, 450g
- ⅓ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 30g
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix, 10g, Sugar-free
- 3 Tbsp Oreo Birthday Almond Butter, 42g, recommended below
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 45ml
Topping:
- 4 oz Reduced Fat Cool Whip, 1½ cups, 112g, Thawed
- Crushed Oreo, Sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.
- In a food processor combine Oreo, oat flour, Cookie Batter Almond Butter and maple syrup.
- Transfer to pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.
Birthday Cake Pudding:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, instant pudding and milk (little at a time) until smooth.Add sprinkles and mix.
- Spread over base.
Oreo Birthday Cake Pudding:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, instant pudding, Cookie Batter Almond Butter and milk (little at a time) until smooth.
- Spread over birthday cake pudding layer.
Topping:
- Spread cool whip on top of pudding and top with crushed Oreo and sprinkles.Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge.
- Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy.

This was delicious! I think it got better the next day as the flavors mixed more and the tangyness of the Greek yogurt went away. Not fully but a little. I really enjoyed it! The Grams are off though. 12 Oreos was more like 170 g. Unless I’m using a wrong Oreo. 120 g was more like 5 and would have not fit for a base layer. Same with the flour, 1/4 c was not 22g. So I went with 1/4 c instead of 22 g because it would have been not enough with the 22g
