Peach Cobbler Protein Smoothie is perfect for summer. Cinnamon sugar peaches, thick vanilla protein smoothie and granola on top; It’s got cauliflower and no sugar, but you can’t tell!
Jump to RecipeOkay I really can’t express how good this smoothie was. Proper peach cobbler vibe with cinnamon sugar peaches below and the smoothie on top. What’s better? It’s even got a peach cobbler flavor cashew butter in there! It’s the Peach Cobbler A La Mode Cashew Butter from American Dream Nut Butter (code HAYLSKITCHEN gives a discount). It’s smooth and creamy and so good!
Another sneaky fact: this peach cobbler protein shake is thick because it’s got frozen cauliflower in there, but you can’t tell a thing!
Ingredients in Peach Cobbler Protein Smoothie
This peach cobbler protein smoothie is made with a few simple ingredients!
- Peaches
- Vanilla Protein Powder: This is the core ingredient to this peach cobbler shake, so use a good quality one.
I recommend Whey-Casein from Quest Nutrition for this recipe to make it thick and smooth. - Frozen Cauliflower
- Peach Cobbler flavored Cashew Butter; from American Dream Nut Butter (code HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount on these). It’s lower fat and higher protein than normal, and just amazing.
ADNB has other amazing flavors that would work well here too. - Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Zero Calorie Brown Sugar Substitute, or regular Brown/Coconut Sugar,
- Cinnamon
How do you make the Perfect Peach Cobbler Protein Shake?
This peach cobbler protein shake is a simple recipe;
- Toss the sliced peaches in brown sugar + cinnamon
- Blend smoothie ingredients in a blender (frozen cauliflower, protein powder, milk, cashew butter).
- Place cinnamon-sugar peaches in jar, pour smoothie over.
Tips for Perfect Peach Cobbler Protein Powder Shake
- Let peach slices, cinnamon and sugar rest so flavors absorb.
- Use whey-casein protein powder as specified. It works well with the ratio of ingredients here.
Whey-casein absorbs more liquid, and whey absorbs less, so you need to adjust the liquid accordingly for the right consistency of this thin mint shake.
- Put the wet ingredients in the blender first, then the dry ingredients. This prevents the dry ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the blender.
- Don’t skip the cashew butter; It gives this peach cobbler shake a thicker consistency.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed so everything mixes well.
More options for Healthy Peach Cobbler Smoothie
I made this a low-calorie and healthy peach cobbler smoothie with the list of ingredients I mentioned, but here’s some other alternatives.
- Frozen Cauliflower: Frozen zucchini; Or some frozen yogurt!
- Peach Cobbler Cashew Butter: Regular cashew butter, or almond butter or hazelnut butter; But add 2-3 extra sliced peaches + ¼ tsp vanilla extract in smoothie.
- Almond Milk: Other non-dairy or regular milk
If you’re Vegan, use a plant based protein powder and diet-friendly nut butter to make this peach cobbler protein shake; I recommend Dymatize Complete Plant Protein Powder.
