Peaches and Cream Walnut Toast is a healthy, easy and delicious breakfast. Caramelized peaches, Greek yogurt and protein powder ‘cream’ on sourdough walnut bread – a real wild treat!
Jump to RecipeOkay, not kidding, this caramelized peach and greek yogurt toast really is wild! In more than one ways; Taste – yes, but also the bread! Oh my gosh!
I used Wildgrain Walnut Sourdough Loaf and it was beyond beautiful! Hearty and crusty with the crunch from the walnuts – it’s so good I have it plain!
It’s actually part of the Wildgrain’s subscription bread box for June (kinda hoping it stays for longer) and got delivered frozen. Took like 25 minutes to bake; The hard part was waiting for it to cool. Really clean ingredients and somehow so fresh!
