What a game changer!
This combination really was so good, it should be the norm!
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Oreo Protein Cookie Dough
A few simple and healthy ingredients here for this high protein edible Oreo cookie dough; All pantry staples if you’re eating clean and healthy on the regular.
- Oat Flour – You can make your own by blending rolled oats in a high speed blender
- Vanilla Protein Powder for high protein cookie dough, and also replace some of the sweetener.

A third alternative would be Quest Vanilla or cookies and cream protein powder for a better Oreo dessert flavor. - Unflavored Collagen Peptides for an extra high protein edible cookie dough recipe. I use the one from Further Foods (HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount)
- Peanut Butter Powder, also known as Powdered Peanut Butter. I recommend Lakanto for a sugar free version (the code HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount). Or you could use the one from PbFit or PB2 too.
- A bit of Coconut Flour
- Unsweetened Almond Milk or another non dairy or regular milk
And for the cookies and cream cookie dough effect:
- Mini Oreos

If your protein powder is not sweet enough, you might need some more ‘sugar’, or use stevia sweetener instead.
How to make Edible Oreo Protein Powder Cookie Dough
This high protein raw Oreo cookie dough is super easy to make with just a bowl and a fork or spoon.
- Combine everything except the mini Oreos: oat flour, protein powder, unflavored collagen powder, peanut butter powder, coconut flour and almond milk (a little at a time) in a bowl.
- Mix to form Oreo cookie dough texture.
- Add in the chopped or crumbled oreo cookies, mix lightly, and eat out of the bowl.
To store Cookies and Cream Protein Cookie Dough
This edible cookies and cream cookie dough for one is perfect for when you want a quick single serving dessert, but you can store any extras if you have them.
Store extra edible Oreo cookie dough for one in the fridge for 3-5 days or freezer for 3 months; Use an airtight container.
To serve frozen protein cookie dough, thaw overnight in the fridge, and add more milk if too hard.
Alternative ingredients for Healthy Cookies and Cream Cookie Dough:
I make this cookies and cream protein powder cookie dough extra healthy with the ingredients above, but here’s some other healthy alternatives to try!
I haven’t tried these all, so I can’t say how each of them would turn out.
- Oat flour: Almond flour, or use heat-treated gluten free flour or whole wheat pastry flour (there’s plenty of videos online on how to do this)
Just make sure you’re not eating raw flour - Protein Powder: You can also trying replacing this with Zero calorie monkfruit sweetener. I use Lakanto for a sugar free option (code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount here too.
- Unflavored Collagen: Almond flour or more oat flour
- Peanut Butter Powder: 2 tsp Peanut Butter, but reduce the milk to about
- Coconut flour: Try using about 3 Tbsp of Almond Flour
Vegan and Dairy Free Edible Oreo Cookie Dough
Use a plant based protein powder and collagen to get a Vegan Oreo protein cookie dough; The recipe is already dairy free since it uses almond milk and no actual milk.

Gluten Free

Peanut Butter Oreo Protein Cookie Dough – No Bake, Gluten Free
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Oat Flour, 22g, see post for sub
- 2 Tbsp Protein Powder, 11g
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder, 6g
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour, 7g
- ½ scoop Unflavored Collagen, 5g, see post for sub
- 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Almond Milk, 25ml
- 2 mini Oreos, slightly crumbled
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except crushed Oreo in a bowl and mix – oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter powder, coconut flour, collagen powder and almond milk.Use more or less milk depending on how runny you want it.
- Add chopped Oreo cookies and mix.
