This pita French Toast recipe with protein powder really is easy, but here’s some tips to get it right.
- Use a blender to make the batter to get rid of protein powder lumps or they’ll just stick on to the bread.
- Cut the pita bread crosswise (to open like a book) and soak all sides in egg mixture so the flavor absorbs well.
- Actually soak the pita bread for a few minutes so the flavor absorbs.
