Some alternatives for Healthy Custard Yogurt Toast with Protein Powder
I made this healthy, low fat custard yogurt toast with the ingredients listed above, but here’s some options to try:
- Whole Wheat Bread: Sprouted Seed, or even White Bread
- Greek Yogurt: Coconut yogurt
- Almond Milk: Any regular milk
Topping Options for Healthy Greek Yogurt Custard Toast:
- Fresh Berries – strawberry, blueberry or even blackberry
- Maybe some nuts? Walnuts or Almond would go well
- Maple Syrup – Add this after baking though;
I recommend Lakanto maple-flavored syrup since it’s sugar-free and sweetened with monk fruit. (code HAYLSKITCHEN gets you a discount) - Powdered Sweetener – Lakanto powdered monk fruit and erythritol sweetener here too (code HAYLSKITCHEN gets you a discount here too)
But regular powdered sugar would also go well.
