This easy protein pecan dip recipe is made with just simple and healthy ingredients; Lots of Greek yogurt, protein powder and pecan butter for an extra high protein and healthy dessert.
- Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- Vanilla Protein Powder for high protein dip!
I used option would be Quest Vanilla Milkshake flavor.

- ¾ cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 168g
- ¾ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, 67g
- 1½ Tbsp Pecan Butter, 24g
- 1½ Tbsp Water, 21ml
- Optional: Sugar-free Sweetener
- Optional: Candied Pecans
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder and pecan butter and mix.
- Add water – a little at a time – as needed.
