I got this Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake from Premier Protein and this pudding pie just seemed too easy to say no to.
Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Protein Pudding Pie
This pumpkin spice protein pudding pie takes only 3 ingredients and is great for a quick fall dessert.
- Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake – I used the pre-made one from Premier Protein, but you can use any other brand too.
- Graham Crackers
- Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix: I used this sugar free and fat free one from Jello
How to make Pumpkin Spice Protein Pudding
This pumpkin spice protein pudding is super easy to make. All it takes is 2 minutes!
- Place graham crackers on bottom of flat dish or bowl.
Spread tightly!
- In a bowl, whisk pumpkin spice protein shake and instant pudding mix.
- Spead pudding over graham cracker base.
- Place in fridge, and let cool for at least 1 hour.

Store this pumpkin protein pudding in the fridge for up to 3 days. Make sure it’s covered.

Ingredients
- 2 sheets Graham Crackers, 30g
- 11.5 oz Pumpkin Spice flavor Protein Shake, 340ml, Recommendation below
- ¼ cup Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding Mix, 30g, Sugar free
Instructions
- Place graham cracker sheets on bottom of large flat-bottom bowl/dish (about 15oz).
- In a bowl, whisk pumpkin spice protein shake and vanilla pudding mix.
- Transfer to bowl, and smoothen top.
- Place in fridge for 1-2 hours, then remove and enjoy.
