How to turn hamburger buns into hamburger garlic bread?
- Mix the minced and powder garlic, butter, olive oil and parsley
- Slice the bread into half
- Top the hamburger buns or roll bread with the garlic butter mix
- Bake and slice!
How to store burger bun garlic bread?
Well I didn’t have any, but you can store the cooked leftover homemade garlic bread in your freezer for a rainy day.
How? After you bake the garlic bread, let it cool, freeze them on the pan, then wrap it in plastic wrap, place in freezer safe zipper bags and freeze.
How to reheat burger bun garlic bread?
The best way to reheat stored garlic bread – hamburger version or not is in the oven.
As for the how to reheat without it getting hard, just bake the garlic bread at 375°F for about 10 minutes or fry it in the air fryer for about 8 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 Hamburger Bun
- 2 tsp Butter, Softened
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Parsley, Chopped
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
- ½ tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the topping until uniform.
- Slice open the bun in half.
- Use a butter knife to spread the mix on each open face of the bun.
- Place the bun halves, face-up on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutesORAir-fry at 375F for 12 minutesuntil the edges are golden-brown
- Use a pizza cutter or serrated knife to cut each piece into 3 sections.
Notes
- Use sandwich bread, hot dog buns or baguette if preferred, but make sure to adjust the baking time.
- Allow bread to cool,
- Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze.
- When frozen, place in freezer-safe zipper bag or airtight container and freeze.
- To reheat, bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or in an air-fryer at 350°F for 8 minutes.

I really wanted to like this recipe, and I followed it exactly, but I found it overcooked and dry, with a bit too much parsley.
This was Amazing. Cooked it as directed, but 15 minutes was a bit too long. Will make again for sure.
