A supreme Single Serve Protein Cookie Dough in under 5 minutes! Oat flour, protein powder and a few healthy items for this single serving Anabolic cookie dough. Gluten free, Vegan, dairy free and sugar free too!
Jump to RecipeI made my roommate a lab rat on this one too, and he was like “this is nice!”. But that was after adding a bit of milk haha. Guess this should be more of a cookie dough spread or dip than actual cookie dough?
Well the beauty of a no bake raw cookie dough recipe like this is that you’re making it on the fly and can just adjust some of the ingredients to get that texture you want.
Best part though is that you’re getting all that protein and have an amazing bowl of what tastes like cookie dough, but single serve!
Ingredients for Single Serve Protein Cookie Dough
I started off with a short list here, but to make the perfect healthy and high protein raw cookie dough, you need a few more ingredients. All simple though, and just pantry staples.
- Vanilla Protein Powder for high protein cookie dough, and also replace the sweetener. I used Quest Nutrition whey-casein blend.
- Unflavored Protein Powder; I used the multi purpose one from Quest Nutrition.
- Oat Flour – You can make your own by blending rolled oats in a high speed blender
- A bit of Coconut Flour
- Peanut Butter Powder, also known as Powdered Peanut Butter. I recommend Lakanto for a sugar free version (the code HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount). Or you could use the one from PbFit or PB2 too.
- Unsweetened Almond Milk or another non dairy or regular milk
- Chocolate Chips – I use sugar free ones from Lily’s here!
If your protein powder is not sweet enough, you might need some more ‘sugar’, or use stevia sweetener instead.
Vegan and Dairy Free
Use a plant based protein powder to get a Vegan protein cookie dough; The recipe is already dairy free since it uses almond milk and no actual milk.
Gluten Free
Since it’s made with Oat flour and Coconut Flour, this raw cookie dough is already gluten free!

Just found your IG account and your recipes look delicious. I can’t wait to try them. This is going to be the first one. But, I’m not a PB fan so if I don’t use the pb powder what could I substitute?
Yayy! Can’t wait for you to try stuff out. You can use almond or cashew butter powder like the ones from Pb2 or just use regular almond or cashew butter (but reduce some of the milk).
I loved this recipe – so yummy I didn’t have time to take a photo. It’s rich and tasty. I used hemp milk instead (just what was in the house) and a plant based protein powder. I also used Lakanto Dark Chocolate Chips instead to reduce sugar (yet still tasty treat). Hungry just writing about it! Can’t wait to try the next treat you post!
I’m so happy those subs worked out! The plant based protein powder + hemp milk make it such a clean and diet-friendly option too!
Can’t wait to see what you decide to try next!
This is SO tasty! Perfect cookie dough recipe and just what I needed. I added a tiny bit of salt and stevia and it was perfect. I loved it and will make it again and again.
Yes yes yes!!! This makes me so happy knowing that its a repeat-worthy one. It really is the most perfect protein cookie dough recipe I’ve made. That salt touch is genius! A must-try.
This cookie dough is literal goals! The texture reminds me of those little cookie dough balls in chocolate chip cookie dough ice creams! Less than 5 mins to assemble and even less to finish it… And all of this in 1 bowl so no extra dishes too!!! I could keep rambling on about my favorite things about this but I think I’ll stop here and enjoy my bowl haha
Love it! The quick, easy, no mess part was one of the best parts about this cookie dough. Outside of that flavor, texture and protein of course.
Glad you enjoyed!
