Ingredients for White Chocolate Macadamia Protein Cookie Dough
A clean and healthy recipe for white chocolate macadamia protein cookie dough here, with no added sugars or bad fats.
- Vanilla Protein Powder for high protein cookie dough. I used plant-based Kos.
- Oat Flour
- A bit of Coconut Flour
- Unsweetened Almond Milk or another non dairy or regular milk
And for the add-ins
- Mini White Chocolate Chips – I use sugar free ones from ChocZero here.
- Macadamia Nuts
If your protein powder is not sweet enough, you might need some more sweetener. I recommend stevia to keep this recipe sugar-free.
Vegan and Dairy Free
I use a plant based protein powder and almond milk here, so all you need to do to make it completely Vegan is use dairy-free white chocolate.
Gluten Free
Since it’s made with Oat flour and Coconut Flour, this raw white chocolate macadamia cookie dough is already gluten free!

- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: oat flour, unflavored protein powder, vanilla protein powder, coconut flour
- Add in cashew butter and milk (a little at time) and mix.
You should have a smooth but thick mixture.
- Add in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts, and eat out of the bowl!

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Oat Flour, 30g, see post for sub
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Plant-based, 45g
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour, 14g
- 6 Tbsp Almond Milk, 90ml
- 2 tsp Chopped Macadamia Nuts, 10g
- ½ Tbsp Mini White Chocolate Chips, Sugar free recommended, 7g
Instructions
- In a bowl mix dry ingredients – oat flour, vanilla protein powder and coconut flour.
- Add in almond milk – a little at a time – and mix.Use more or less depending on how runny you want it.
- Add white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts and mix.
